Selling used Manga

Thinking about cleaning out your bookshelf?

You can sell us your old manga easily! You can either email us, call us or bring your books to our shop. We recommend you check the following specifications:

• 1. It must be a Manga, an Artbook (related to a manga), How-to-draw book related to manga-drawing, or a Light novel.
• 2. Your books must be in English, Dutch, or Japanese
• 3. Your books must be in decent condition

I checked it all, what to do next?

Please send us a list with the titles, volumes and language of the books you'd like to offer before you plan visiting our shop for selling your old books. You may send us photo's as long as the titles are clearly visible and you only upload a maximum of 5 pictures in your email at a time. If we offer you less than you'd expected in the first place, you might end up having to carry the books back home. It's best to inform us first.

How much can I expect for my old books?

How much you get is highly depending on the quality of the books, the popularity and what kind of series you offer us. In general we offer about 10-30% of the standard retail price on the back of the books. For example for a $9,99 book we give about 2€-3€. If you choose for shop credit we offer 30%-50% instead.

Beware that random volumes, damaged books, or lesser known manga won't fetch a high price as brand new books from a famous title.

Please do not offer the following:

• Books in foreign languages aside from English, Dutch and Japanese
• Comics - we are a MANGA-shop, not a COMIC-shop
• Books with any sign of water-damage
• Severely damaged goods
